When the smoke comes rolling into the Tri-Cities, the air quality is no joke.
The smoke isn’t just gloomy, it is a real threat to your health. You are breathing in a lot of toxins during this time such as particles PM10 + PM2.5. What does this mean exactly? PM10 is inhalable, meaning it can get into the lungs and cause inflammation in the respiratory system and heart. PM2.5 gets even further into our bodies, passing through the bloodstream where it can be transported to multiple organs including the skin, and causing an inflammatory response in even the healthiest person. Sculpt recommends these services to help support detoxification and wellness during these extremely dangerous air quality levels:
đź’Ą Glutathione Injection đź’Ą Infrared Sauna – Detox setting đź’Ą Hydration IV Therapy
Our Hydration IV will help flush out the toxins as well. Great for overall well-being and increasing body functions so you can get back to feeling like you. Book “IV therapy” and review your options with our Nurse Practitioner or Wellness Nurse.
Detox from a Sunlighten Sauna is 7 to 10 times greater than a conventional sauna. You will sweat out 20% toxins and 80% water! (To compare, in a normal sauna you would sweat out 3% toxins and 97% water) This will help you detox all of the toxins you’re breathing in from the smoke. Book under “infrared sauna”.
Glutathione is your bodies’ primary detoxifier support. It is in every cell in your body. It helps bind free radicals (like smoke toxins) to move them safely out of your system. We offer a quick Glutathione injection. Book under IV/injections.
Other tips at home:
Stay inside unless you have to go outside. Do not exercise outside. Wear an N95 if out for long periods. Try using a box fan with a 20X20X1 Merv13 filter against it for extra indoor filtration.
Stay well,
