We’ve utilized all the services Sculpt has to offer from the Cryobody and Facial, the PEMF, IV’s, injections, Sauna Pod and light therapy including the mind tap. The results have been outstanding! Our mobility has been increased, pains we had accepted as “normal” are gone, our skin has improved and yes, we’ve lost a combined 36 pounds weight and over 16 inches total. Overall wellness has improved tenfold.

First of all the Sculpt staff is amazing! Genuinely fun and inviting people. I feel great since going there. Its one of the biggest things I look forward to through my days and weeks. Better sleep and energy levels with the Cryo, IV pushes, sauna and Sculpt lights. Also I was a member at a place in Colorado and it was much much pricier. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Love it at Sculpt! Lindsay is phenomenal and so kind! The girls in the front are courteous and always have a quick smile and warm welcome! The Cryo chamber is incredible... it’s a treatment I’ve come to want on a regular basis! I sleep better, I’ve noticed my aches and pain has improved, and bonus... my mood is so much better!

I highly recommend the Cryotherapy and sauna. All kinds of benefits from reducing inflammation to increasing energy.

For me specifically, I was an athlete my entire life and one day just woke up with these dark purple stretch marks on my stomach that I felt came out of the blue. With diet & exercise, I saw changes in my weight and figure, but those dark purple marks and problem areas were just not going away. With the lights, the discoloration has almost disappeared and the stretch marks have shrunk in size. I am starting to see a shape in my body that I haven't seen before (built more like a box than a woman and the lights are taking my waist in to give me more of that figure I was looking for). Also, it's only 20 minutes a day that I get to spend only on ME, and that has helped so much with my mental health and mindfulness.

The purpose of joining was to utilize the CryoChamber to relieve the pain in my hips after long hours of shift work. Friends and family know that I hate to be cold! However, I am truly addicted to the CryoChamber. It has drastically decreased the discomfort in my hips, improved my workout at the gym and improved my sleep. Surprisingly, as a student it has improved my focus to perform well in my career and as a student. I have introduced Sculpt Tri-Cities to friend who truly believe the same.

I don’t even remotely like being cold. So, I was pretty hesitant to try the cryotherapy chamber. And…I won’t lie…it was omg so cold! But gutting it out for three minutes resulted in an amazing, nearly indescribable energy boost! And my normally troublesome lower back felt…well, it wasn’t its usual pesky self! I will be back for more!

I love the time I spend with the LED-Sculpting Lights! The technicians are friendly and efficient, and for 20 minutes I am immersed in the warmth of the treatment as the headphones and light goggles take me into a deep relaxation state, guided by a soothing voice directing my thoughts towards the treatment and breathing. Very nice after a stressful day!
